This Privacy Policy sets out the rules on the storage and access of information on User Devices using Cookie files, to perform electronically provided services requested by the User from aquaspeed.com.pl owned by PPHU SPORTEX Grzegorz Bielecki, Łódź, ul.  I. Definitions

  1. Administrator - the company PPHU SPORTEX Grzegorz Bielecki of Łódź, ul. Sterlinga 27/29, entered into the Register of economic entities of the Mayor of Łódź under number 17018. NIP number: 6729-000-13-29. Regon: 470 523 797. PPHU Sportex performs electronically provided services and stores and accesses information on User devices.
  2. Cookies - computer data, in particular small text files that are saved and stored on devices through which the user accesses the Service web site.
  3. Administrator Cookies - cookies published by the Administrator, relating to electronically provided services performed by the Administrator through the Service.
  4. External Cookies - Cookies published by the partners of the Administrator via the Service.
  5. Service - a website or web application under which the administrator runs the domain (s) www.aquaspeed.com.pl.
  6. User Device - an electronic device through which the user accesses the Service.
  7. User - the entity on whose behalf, in accordance with the rules and laws, electronically provided services can be performed or with whom contracts can be made for the performance of electronically provided services.

 

II. Types of Cookies

  1. The Cookies used by the Administrator devices are safe for the user. In particular, no viruses or other unwanted software or malware can possibly infect User Devices by this route. These files allow for identification of the software used by the User and for individual customization of the service for each User. Cookies typically contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the User Device and the assigned value.

III. Purposes for which Cookies are used

 The administrator uses Cookies and external services for the following purposes:

IV. Determining the conditions of storage and access of Cookies
