What are the delivery options to Poland and how much do they cost?
We cooperate with the courier service DPD. Delivery with DPD normally takes 2 working days (48 hours) from the date of dispatch (sometimes the order may even be delivered within 24 hours).
Payment on arrival (to the courier)- 16 zł gross, packet up to 30kg
Prepayment (to our account)- 13 zł gross, packet up to 30kg

When do you dispatch your orders?
We dispatch Monday - Friday around 15.00pm.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to many countries including Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, the Baltic States etc. We also deliver to destinations outside Europe such as Turkey.
What are my delivery options outside Poland and how much do they cost?
Standard International DPD road-service delivery is suitable for all orders shipped outside Poland and within Europe. It takes 2-7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch, depending on location. Shipping prices are calculated based on the size, weight, number of parcels and destination (for exact cost and delivery times see table below).
Please mind that due to the customs clearance procedure cost, the delivery to Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegowina, Croatia and Switzerland is subject to additional cost of 40€ per order.

If you are a client from outside Poland and you have finalized your purchase, please await our return mail with detailed information on how to provide prepayment.
Clients outside Europe should contact us directly to agree on the form of delivery and cost.
We allow clients to send their own courier or organize their own delivery on request.
When will you dispatch my order?
All orders will be shipped as soon as the order has been assembled (for payments via PayU and payment on arrival, for other prepayments we wait for the payment to reach us). Normally we require between 1-3 working days to assemble your order. We dispatch orders Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).
For orders outside Poland, we require prepayment to reach our account before we can dispatch the order.
Can I use an alternative delivery address?
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, you can either put an alternative address in the space provided or simply tick the box (when you are at the checkout) and complete the delivery address details.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we will send a tracking link to your e-mail address.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, as a general rule the courier will require a signature on delivery.
Can I collect my order?
If you are a Polish client simply select "collection" as your delivery option when you check out and we'll email or phone you when your order is ready for collection.
If you are an international client (your address is abroad) please let us know that you want to pick up your order by writing us a message (in English) in the box below the delivery options when you check out.

Overseas Orders, VAT and Import Duties
If your delivery county is inside the European Union and you are a retail client, your order will be subject to VAT and you will be able to see the amount of tax when you are at the checkout.
If you are a wholesale client you are not subject to VAT tax.
For exports to countries outside the EU, although these are exempt from VAT, you may be required by your government to pay import duties.
Some countries (including but not limited to Israel, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU. However, in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax.
What should I do if my delivery is missing or damaged?
If the parcel is damaged or you suspect it was opened after we dispatched it, you need to check the contents in the presence of the courier. If any of the goods are damaged or missing you need to fill in a form which will be provided by the courier.
If you are a retail client you can return all or some of the products you have ordered. Simply fill in the form we provide with the delivery and send it back with the goods you want to return, within 10 days of the date when you received your order.
