The best way to find out if the mask fits is to try it on, but if you don't have that option then the following instructions should help:

Close your mouth and measure the distance between the bottom edge of your chin and your eyebrow line.

In cases where the dimension is less than 14 cm, choose size S/M, if larger than 14 cm - L/XL.
