These Aquaspeed Swim Paddles are designed to improve the technique of swim strokes and positioning of arms in water. Swimming with those paddles additionally helps build upper body strength as they increase water resistance. The scooped front of the paddle initiates the catch phase of stroke. Holes in the surface of paddles provide increased feel of the water flow.
