A team of young swimmers from the Feel The Water swim school is training intensively in preparation for the AQUA SPEED Open Water Series competition. We speak with Filip Wypych – swimmer, coach, and owner of the school.
Referring to the definition of "sports training," it can be described as exercises performed to improve proficiency in a chosen sport. The seemingly monotonous practice of swimming "from wall to wall" in a pool forms the foundation of swim training. Without this, achieving decent results in open water competitions or triathlon events would be nearly impossible.
